YPICS is committed to recruiting developing and retaining excellent teachers. We invite passionate educators to apply for the position of Certificated Teacher (Multiple Subjects Multiple Subjects with Supplemental Authorization or Single Subject). Teaching at YPICS is an ideal position for an educator with a deep passion for instruction who is eager to receive consistent high-impact coaching and feedback from the school administrator to help perfect their addition teachers participate in weekly school site-based professional development and co-planning YPICS the teacher is entrusted with ensuring all students learn the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) California Content Standards and meet the school-wide outcomes at each grade level established in the approved charter petition. Qualifications Drive to improve the minds and live of students in and out of the classroom; Proven track-record of high achievement in the classroom; Mastery of and enthusiasm for academic subjects;Evidence of self-motivation and willingness to be a team player;CA Teaching Credential Bachelors degree is required; Masters degree is preferred; and Minimum of two years teaching experience in an urban public school or charter school setting.
