About Globeia

Globeia helps people move across borders. We handle the paperwork that every international move depends on: fingerprinting, police clearances such as FBI and RCMP checks, apostille and authentication, and document translation. Visa services are next. We were founded in 2020 and are fully bootstrapped. Today we have 10 offices across the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and India, and fingerprinting live in 65 cities. By December 2026 we will be in more than 100 cities. We built all of this without a partnerships team. That is where you come in.

The role

\n

This is a true zero to one job. There is no partner channel, no playbook and no team yet. You get a blank page, a growing company behind you and the Founder's full backing. You will open a new revenue channel for Globeia by signing businesses around the world that serve people moving across borders. We will walk you through the full strategy during the interview process.

You will start by closing the first partners yourself. Then you will hire and lead a small team across India, the UK and Europe. Once the channel is working, your remit expands to the new service lines Globeia launches in 2027. The role is built to grow with the company.You will work directly with the Founder and CEO and have the freedom to build this your way.

What you will do

• Shape the partner offer, pricing and agreements from a blank page.
\n
• Close the first partners yourself and turn those wins into the playbook.
\n
• Hire your own team across India, the UK and Europe.
\n
• Build the pipeline engine: target lists, outreach, CRM and reporting.
\n
• Work with operations so partners stay and grow with us.
\n
• Own the partner revenue number.
\n
• Take on new service lines as they launch in 2027.
\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• 6 or more years in B2B sales, partnerships or business development.
\n
• You have built something from nothing: a partner program, a new market or a sales team.
\n
• You close deals yourself and enjoy it.
\n
• Experience hiring and managing a team. International or offshore team experience is a plus.
\n
• Comfort working without structure. You write the playbook, you do not wait for one.
\n
• Flexible hours. You will build a worldwide sales funnel, so expect some early morning or evening calls to overlap with India and Europe.
\n
• Experience in immigration, global mobility, legal services, travel or background screening is a plus, not a requirement.
\n

Compensation and location

\n

Base salary is $140,000 to $170,000, depending on experience. Commission on partner revenue brings on-target earnings to $240,000 to $290,000, and commission is not capped.

The role is based in our Washington, DC office, so you should live in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area or be ready to move here. You will travel to India about twice a year and to the UK and Europe once or twice a year to work with your team there. All travel is paid by the company.
