Institutional Investor Relations Associates support investor relations, fundraising, and portfolio teams by managing communications with institutional investors, preparing performance reports, and assisting with capital raising efforts. This role blends financial analysis, client engagement, and strategic insight in fast-paced investment environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing relationships with institutional investors, including updates on fund performance and strategy
Prepare investor communications, including quarterly reports, presentations, and pitch materials
Support fundraising initiatives and capital raising campaigns targeting institutional clients
Conduct research on institutional investor trends, market activity, and capital allocation patterns
Maintain and update CRM systems, investor databases, and relationship tracking tools
Coordinate investor due diligence requests and support reporting requirements
Monitor fund performance, portfolio updates, and key metrics relevant to investor reporting
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and investor teams
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of institutional investor types, capital markets, and investment strategies
Experience or coursework in investor relations, capital raising, or financial analysis (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
